Any1 got any udea y my laptop freezes up? Its completly unresponcive wont drop back to windows and alt ctl del wont work. Needs a hard boot when i play sto

Itc can servarl things
Cpu Overheating (maybe time to clean the Fan of the LAptop)
Memory issue one Bank is broken
Grahics Card Memory Broken or Over heating !

First make a Driver Update
Clean Your Laptop Fans
Make Memory Check
Make GFX Card Stresstest

Reninstall an Clean Copy Of Windows

you had give not much infomation when and how often e.g ...

but i think its an overheating problem Latops have this often when not Clean (inside) a long time the Fans ..

Hey thx for the suggestions. Ill try cleaning it. Its only happened 3 times atm but thats cos i dident want to damage it if it was overheating. Tryed a system restore on it to no avail.Had a blue scrern collecting data at one point . It mentioned 'power'. Nt seen it since

you can downlaod windows 10 from mircosoft and put it on usb stick or burn on dvd for free

for a fresh installation ! when your restore not work
Maybe you should think about a fresh clean install
and dont forgott to clean inside the laptop !

Its not just sto crashing the game. Did a grafics test n it froze. Wouldent load windows for 3 or 4 attampts after that. Tryed cleaning inside, a restore of windows, updating grafic card software. Thank you for the help
