Cannot contribute to breach event

I have already contributed 3 breach event transmissions to the project from Q.
But since monday I'm unable to do so. I have already 3 transmissions in Stock and cannot contribute. I click on "contribute" and then I choose the 3 transmissions but clicking on "OK" nothing happens. There are still 3 transmissions in the project and 3 in stock.

I already tried to submit a bug report ingame yesterday, but I cannot see it in "my tickets". I tried it again today, but there is still no ticket in "my tickets". Seems this is broken too.

But I got a ticket number #4.378.433
How can I make sure that they get aware of my issue?

Something new on this. It seems I can contribute all my Voth Transmissions but three. They are not in my inventory but when I want to contribute, it shows 3 transmissions. But I cannot contribute them. I earned them, but they are not in the inventory. But I have no idea why. As I cannot create a ticket in the bug reporting system I have no idea how to fix this
