Level 1 romulan character can't do missions.

So, having made my romulan (A reman) in preparation for the fancy boat being released, i logged in only to notice that i can't do any missions. I get nothing. Remaking, relogging and re-entering the map does nothing.

PC? no problems for me. maybe deleting and recreating the char will help

You didn't read the post: I remade the character. Turns out it was a server issue, a patch was released that resolved the problem.
