Frozen on AoY Loading Screen w/DX11

Running on Windows 10, 64 bit, so on...I got a popup on the launcher the other day telling me that after March 1, the game would no longer support DX9. Okay, so I log into the game, switch it to DX11, play for a bit, log out. Except when I went to log in today, it stuck on the AoY loading screen for ten minutes (whereas logging in with DX9, it only took about ten seconds), nothing, nada, zip. I recall that I had this very issue after getting this computer a year or so ago (it's an Asus ROG GL551JW, originally came with Windows 8, upgraded to 10, drivers are all up to date, etc.) when it was set to DX11.

Am I basically out of luck after March 1?

    Same problem with the freezing here, but I get in easily by ticking safe mode in the launcher options and then just leave the graphics setting at minimum even though the system supports ultra. There must be a driver/directX conflict somewhere which freezes the system on load so unless you can isolate which setting it is just turn everything off for a while.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    Hmm, wondering if maybe...I have DX12 on this system, could that also be part of it? (I don't know DX11 from 9 at this point, to be honest, lol.)
