in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
Specifically, several that have appeared recently with names like 'debug', 'pcl', 'ALERTS', 'PACKETS' and 'ERRORS', as shown below:

I believe they can be deleted without adverse impact, but thought it prudent to see more informed opinions.
