    I'm not sure where you can collect the bonus but they say Reward Delivery: 12/12/16 – 12/16/16.Of course they'll make you wait till the 16th though.Feels like a sketchy promo deal to me.I've seen a lot of ppl including myself asking the same question of where to collect this 4 pack in the end.Would be nice to see the Administrator clear this up for ppl.

    Agree. Slang free official communication is appropriate.

    So it's now December 16th - the final day of the "Reward Delivery: 12/12/16 – 12/16/16" window... has there been any clarification on -how- we will be getting the rewards? Really we shouldn't need to still be asking this on the last day.

    I agree.We shouldn't have to chase you guys down to get our promo reward or clarification on how to collect.I'm feeling like I made a back alley deals with one of these guys that emails you in game to sell you cheap ec...

    I spent well over the required 10k in zen also, no bonus yet.
    I will give them the benefit of my doubt as we are 8hrs ahead here in the uk so 16th isn't over for them yet but I suspect it will transpire that you had to actually "buy" the zen and spend it not just spend the zen you happened to have on your account.
    that's fine but its a pity they didn't make that clear in the announcement if that is the case.
    all it says in the news item is "spend $100 USD worth of Zen on an account (10,000 Zen) in Star Trek Online" it doesn't say you have to buy it and spend it.
    I will wonder how many others fell for that omission if that turns out to be the case.

    maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

     and if that journey takes a little longer,

    so we can do something we all believe in,

     I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

    Any chance you might be able to shed some light on this mystery? Will these packs be automatically claimable in the promotions tab of the C-Store or given to us via a code in email or something? Thanks.

    Why didn't we get this information before?

    By the way, you should make it so that when we file for help, we get immediate feedback. I filed in game, and thought it failed because nothing showed up under My Tickets. So I filed again by browser, and it was confirmed that my request went through. Now I get a scolding about submitting duplicate tickets. This doesn't help my sour and disappointed mood.

    Whoah no way! I've filed lots of tickets in-game and never gotten a response or even an acknowledgment on my support account. Everyone I've talked to about it just assumes the in-game ticketing system has always been broken, so this will be major news to some :). I always get a response after submitting a ticket in the browser though.

    It's likely the scolding letter wasn't about you specifically submitting duplicate tickets, but like what happened to me, where I got scolded for not searching for an existing ticket like the one I was submitting. Only problem is, like you, I searched the in-game setup and got bupkiss, not to mention I couldn't submit a ticket that way. Searching the Arc website didn't show any tickets for my issue either, so either I was doing it wrong (a likely scenario) or the search is just as broken on the website as it is in the game.

    Things I want in STO:

    1) More character customization options such as more clothing options, letting the toon complexion affect the entire body, not just the head. Also a true RGB color picker applied to all costume and appearance options, which would allow for true appearance customization and homogenous colors instead of "this same exact color looks vastly different on two different pieces."
    2) Bridge customization, not bridge packs. Let us pick a general layout and adjust the color palette, console appearance, and chair types, as well as more ready room layout options.
    3) Customizable ground weapons, i.e. The aesthetic look of phaser dual pistols but they shoot antiproton bolts. For obvious reasons this would only apply to standard ground weapons.
    4) For the love of Q please revamp Plasma Ground Weapons. They look like demented Supersoakers right now.
    5) True Vanity Impulse and Deflector effects similar to Vanity Shields.
    6) A greater payout for hitting T6 Reputations. Currently it takes more time and resources to get from T5 to T6 than it does to get from nothing to T5. Make that grind really pay out at the end.
    7) Mirrorverse Refugee event similar to AoY/Delta/Gamma, complete with new Mirrorverse recruits for all factions.
    8) Independent Faction, because yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!

    I'm yet to receive a reward. I've logged a ticket with support.

    @ambassadorkael#6946 Could you please confirm in what way the reward would come though in game, in case i've missed something.
