Windows 10 and game not loading

What happened? Since this week's patch, when I launch the game it tells me my graphics on my PC aren't good enough. When I tell it to use the lower setting....the game crashes and will not start. What's going on? I've been running this graphics card for over a year and its been fine. I have all my latest drivers, so what's the deal?

    Check if the video drivers are from microsoft... they usually don't have the "accelerated" components. Depending on your videocard vendor look for the appropriate driver.
