Olivia, you underestimate the laziness of players, console and PC. I've seen in every game forum's General Discussion players posting bug reports, even though every game's forums have also had sections for requesting technical support and reporting bugs. When politely reminded that there are forums for it these players are everything from defensive, declaring that those forums don't work or that developers are more attentive where all the activity is, to claiming they hadn't known there were even forums for such. And this is a case of natural segregation, General Discussions naturally isn't Technical Support nor Bug Reports. Can you imagine how bad it'd be with three different General Discussions, Technical Supports or Bug Reports?
Now, I do agree that there should be console specific sub forums, but not whole other forums. A console sub forum for Bug Reports at the least so those can stay compiled and easily read. I'd still rather one General Discussion for all three versions as, again, we will reach that all important parity and when that happens we'll be all the better for it if we were all still together.

Hmm. Strange priorities, considering that the game is already out on the consoles.
Actually... not so strange. You see... we're coming up on a time of year when its VERY heavy on events. And they've got 3 seperate sets of said events to manage right now between the PC and both consoles.
Winter Event
Anniversary Event
Soon after our Crystaline ends, we'll have a short breather before Winter Event starts. Then we got maybe a month before the Anniversary event after Winter ends. On top of that, they are still building up the playerbase on consoles as well as actually getting everything running smoothly on consoles. PC has been established for years. Consoles... what? 2 months? You're pretty much asking for everything right now when they've already got a full plate! Give things a chance to settle down.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

Or people are using their extra captain slots for mules. I made a Federation, Klingon and Romulan captain but have only really put any effort into the first two with the latter captain largely left parked at a bank since I unlocked Flotilla access. Don't need bridge officers to shuffle items between account and character banks. And if she gets full I'll make another captain and park her in front of a bank when she gets that access. Nothing unusual about it. That's 1.1 million captains, not 1.1 million accounts. Rather substantial difference.
This call for segregated forums isn't about that, though. It's about creating closed communities to the exclusion of all others and that's just not cool.
