Error after latest patch

Hi, well I receive this error when starting after latest patch "fixing AMD issues":
I have intel i7 with, 16 GB RAM, and Radeon 290 all running latest drivers on Windows 10 64b.
Before the patch game kept crashing every 1 of 3 loadings or area transitions (I have On demand patching OFF).
Can someone please help me how to run this game in DX11 (with respect to latest graphical changes..) on AMD without smashing my keyboard to pieces ?
