This is the screen I get when I log in. I've tried fullscreen and windowed, safe mode and standard, and I even used the command prompt. I've done a DNS reset, reset my modem, cleared my cache, shut down and restarted my computer...I don't know what the deal is.

Pic of my second attempt:

EVERYTHING is up to date. This is a brand new computer (less than a month since I set it up). All my drivers are current. I called Time Warner to fix my wifi last night because my Netflix wasn't streaming (thus the DNS reset). He checked to see if I was getting the fastest possible connection with my plan and I was. I'm the only person who uses this wifi, so bandwidth has never been an issue.

So I'm at a loss. If I delete the .hoggs they'll just repatch with the next login. Uninstalling and reinstalling seems pointless since I just loaded the game into this computer a couple weeks ago. I have done virtually everything I can think of and some things were troubleshot by customer service reps at Netflix AND Time Warner. So the problem HAS to be the game. And I suspect there's nothing I can do about it.

Any ideas? Right now I'm open to absolutely anything outsode the box and not the typical and obvious stuff.

    UPDATE ***IMPORTANT***

I got tired of failing to fix my launcher so I exited and tried Netflix again. It wouldn't stream. Again. I refused to call Netflix again since I did a bunch of stuff less than a day ago. So I decided to blame the game. I uninstalled Arc and STO with it. I restarted my computer and guess what -- Netflix streamed again! It was like nothing had ever happened. I didn't do ANY troubleshooting, nor did I repeat anything I did previously. ALL I did was remove ARC from my system. It solved my streaming problems. This was happening when the game wasn't actually running in the background. It's my presumption that Arc was and it was responsible somehow.
