[PS4] Kelvin Constitution (T6) is Completely Out-of-Scale

I fly a D'Kyr and it's roughly on par with a Galaxy cruiser and at least twice the size of a Miranda cruiser. The Constitution, at least the classic and movie Constitutions represented by the T1 ships, are arguably in their proper scales against the rest of the ships in the game. The Kelvin Constitution, though, is incredibly overblown in size, larger even than my D'Kyr when I found myself in happenstance parked next to one. If I recall the movie Into Darkness the Vengeance was substantially larger than the Enterprise yet here in STO the difference is marginal at best.
