Cant start game

I use LAUNCH button with launcher. Get loading game screen and chash. All time. Cant see characters selector
Can be my profile corrupted?

    Same, fine yesterday, now no matter what i do, after i press the engage button, it starts loading up, then crashes. Ive tried restarting, verifying the files, reinstalling and nothing. Any ideas?
