Yeah, this has been happening to me regardless of faction. I have 2 starfleet characters and 1 romulan with a UFP alliance and it happens with all characters.
Xbox 1 had multiple issues last night...
1.) no Transwarping to Sol/Earth Spacedock.
2.) No new Romulan Republic
3.) Couldn't do my daily dilithium mining in Alpha Quadrant.
4.) Couldn't go to Alpha Quadrant while the Tour the Galaxy mission was active.
When I logged in yesterday afternoon, everything was fine. I got kicked from the server a couple of times and later that night, I couldn't Transwarp to Spacedock again. I'm wondering if specific servers are having the issue and not all.
Yesterday I finally gave up and created a Klingon character to play while the space doc bug was being resolved. Around level five I completed a mission and was supposed to beam back to ship. Kept getting a "Map not available" error so my new Klingon was as broken as my Federation characters.
