cannot log in from this ip/this region is banned

Well yesterday morning I played sto just fine at inlaws house. now i get home and I get cannot log in from this ip address when using sto and region is banned when trying to log into forums from web browser. Only way that I am able to get in and post this is going through vpn, (tried playing but bandwith is too low with the free vpn and dont really need/use it for sto). So when I'm not on the vpn here is my information. If you need any other information please let me know.
