PS4 and PC version different servers/shards?

is it just me just the PS4 version is on a totally separate server and shards?
I tried looking up my PS4 and adding it as friend or send it a messege it says something like "Unknown User"

i cant find my self on there or my fleetmates :disappointed:

    Nothing is connected between PS4, Xbox nor PC. Totally separate.

    okay but is any 1 have trouble with the link of the ps4 account to the pc account because i am have trouble with it right now ??
