I think the Romulans are getting the short end of the stick on this one. Less fire power, much less hull, less shields. She turns better yes, at least she has that. Over all though i have nothing left in the coffers to even try to get her. Good luck to everyone going after these may you get them within the first 4 trys.
Enhanced Battle Cloak. The T5U T'varo is already a lethal stealth bomber. The T6 malem tops that with the pilot seating and this temporal warbird takes it to the next level with the temporal and pilot combo.
The only thing which the romulans can grind their teeth about is the 23c look.
Unless, like the Connie, it has access to some of the other related skins...
Does the Connie really need an 11.5 turn rate? When compared to the smaller in mass D7? Maybe we could trade a little for some shield modifier or the last remaining cruiser command?

The descriptive text and stats listing do contradict each other. Nevertheless, as later posts cleared up...
The T'liss Temporal Warbird [T6] has a Romulan Enhanced Battle cloak.
...so in many ways it looks like the Romulans might actually get the best of the offerings, with full base capabilities and Temporal Ship benefits as well.
Yes I know, Raider-Level command spots, but still, if a cruiser, it should have it's command abilities.
Also, how many hundreds of dollars will this one cost?
Yes, the Cruisers have Cruiser Commands. They trade one of these (Command – Strategic Maneuvering) for full Temporal Ship status and the Molecular Reconstruction mechanic. This also applies to every Temporal Cruiser in the AoY Pack.
With each passing day I wonder if I stepped into an alternate reality. The Cubs win the world series. Donald Trump is President. Britain leaves the EU. STO gets a dedicated PvP season. Engineers are "out of control" in STO.

The Temporal Light Cruiser [T6], D7 Battlecruiser [T6] and T'Liss Temporal Warbird [T6] comes equipped with the Ominous Device universal console. Activating this ability will execute the "Corbomite Maneuver". Nearby enemy starships will flee from you for a very brief period before realizing they've been duped. Affected foes will have their damage resistance and defense reduced substantially for a short time.
This console also provides a passive bonus to all damage.
This console may be equipped on the Temporal Light Cruiser [T6], D7 Temporal Battlecruiser [T6] or the T'Liss Temporal Warbird [T6].
Gotta wonder about the fleeing from the player. Hopefully this will not be achieved by activating EptE

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
'Built to Last' Mastery? Didn't we have that as a Boff Skill on the Dyson Science Destroyer in 'A Step Between the Stars'. I guess those T5 Ships were really not built to last.

Sure, no 5th seat and meh trait and console, no full cruiser comms for the Connie (which is kind of inconsistent with T1 and T2 having them) but really... Those things still look scary.
Of course, it's a no-win scenario for Cryptic -- had it been good, but not obviously OP stats, it would've been T6 Defiant all over again -- a somewhat different but even more vocal set of people claiming iconics are totally useless and Cryptic sold out only giving good stats to mediocre original designs. I'd still personally prefer that situation, TBH, but I see why Cryptic choose to make them this way.
As for "23rd c ships can't be this powerful" -- my headcanon is that they're realistic-looking replicas for temporal ops.
Dunno if it's just me, but the Romulan Warbird is getting shafted. The Connie and the D7 has 5 fore 3 aft weapons, and 4 device slots, but the Warbird has 5 fore, 2 aft and 2 device slots. Makes me wonder if this is an oversight and that will be fixed, or if the devs are really shafting the Warbird.
I say this because I am a BIG Romulan fan and I love my Warbirds, but finally we get a decent 3 pack hoping they would be equals, and it seems the Romulans always get the short end of the stick. Is it too much to get a Warbird that has stats that are just as good as their counterparts?
Not looking a gift horse in the mouth, but couldn't the Intel/command/pilot seat be a Tac/eng/sci Universal seat. More like a Uni/Tac seat or Uni/Eng seat? That would open up MILLIONS of combinations to keep the players happy for a VERY LONG time.

It has an Enhanced Battlecloak. I'm pretty sure that is intended to balance it.

Why would that matter since it can't fire energy weapons while cloaked anyway.

Because it can fire torps while cloaked? It has a turn rate of 19? I don't know about you, but I'd gladly sacrifice a few device slots and an aft weapon for twice the turn rate of the D7 and Connie and an enhanced battlecloak.
Is there another ship with 3xLtCmdr seating? I can't think of one.
I proposed the configuration for the Vengeance a couple months ago as a way of reflecting it being built to fight with only a skeleton crew. Seems the idea did not go unnoticed.

Why do people keep reading the stats page and seeing Enhanced Battle Cloak, when it specifically says "Romulan Battle Cloaking Device"? Was there some declaration of a typo on Twitter or somesuch?

"The T'Liss Temporal Warbird [T6] is equipped with an Enhanced Romulan Battle Cloak. Energy Weapons cannot be fired while cloaked, but torpedoes, mines and most Bridge Officer and Captain abilities can be activated. When attacking while cloaked, the ship's cloak will drop for a few seconds, leaving the ship momentarily exposed."
The "Built to Last" trait seems kind of lackluster when compared to all the various damage buff starship traits that are now available.
Eh, you unlock it, you use it anywhere in your stable it seems appropriate.
The Corbomite Maneuver seems kind of "meh" in a game where things tend to die within 3 seconds of opening fire.
Cancel all incoming damage for a while followed by mass vulnerability + passive all damage buff? Not horrible.
The Kelvin Timeline ships seem to offer more bang for their buck with their versatility.
Actually the Klingon with Intel seating and a battle cloak and the Romulan with Pilot seating and Romulan battle cloak both look significantly better than the connie/command seating. And quite different from their KT counterparts.
Combined with 7 specialist seats, I think they'll hold up quite nicely against anything out there.

Ahhh, I see: the decriptive text and actual stats listing contradict each other. Well, for those that get it, here's hoping the typo was in the stats section. After all, it's easier to TRIBBLE up one word in the listing than a whole paragraph of descriptive text.
With each passing day I wonder if I stepped into an alternate reality. The Cubs win the world series. Donald Trump is President. Britain leaves the EU. STO gets a dedicated PvP season. Engineers are "out of control" in STO.
Very nice I like them all but the kicker is how viable will it be to even get one of these ships lol. Now I am pretty much over the whole KDF being shafted thing from years and years of it. The thing I am mainly salty about is how poorly the skill manual system was put in where it ruined thousands of ship setups I had specifically organized and nothing to appease or make it easier to redo them all. Then the mastery for ships isn't an account wide thing so staple ships like the bops and negh'var for a few examples on KDF side have to level them up per character which is roughly doing it 20+ times per ship which is a nasty grind that combined training manuals and ship masteries being so overwhelming I haven't even bothered with either. Then we have the contraband nerf so if you are following me thus far at Cryptic you have decimated my fleet of characters in multiple ways and then restricted the rate of acquiring dilithium then you want me to play along with this scam to get to just one ship with incredibly low drop rate. Is like hitting someone with a bat'leth 400 billion times and as I'm bleeding out you want me to give you a hug.
The "Built to Last" trait seems kind of lackluster when compared to all the various damage buff starship traits that are now available.

The Molecular Deconstruction beam is something I played with on my Paladin, and honestly it was nothing to write home about.
The Kelvin Timeline ships seem to offer more bang for their buck with their versatility.
I think the only thing these ships have going for them is the additional forward weapon slots, but over all they seem outclassed by better ships.
Still, I guess for the people who want their T6 Connie, yay?
Corbomite seems mostly for use against players, given the reason cited above. Both it and the trait will have their effectiveness determined by their magnitude, e.g. 15% vs 50% power cost reduction and 5 vs 15s debuff on the console. Only thing I'd contend, with so many ships having 5 forward these days, is that the biggest thing they have going for them is the 3x LtCom seats, although having ens/lt instead of ltcom can be more flexible. Like the Annorax before them, they have to be just a bit better (read: 7 total specialist abilities) than other options to make them desirable, but I was thinking they'd do it by allowing the use of many other ship-limited consoles like the Annorax.
Whelp -- Looks like I'll be trying to get at least 2 of these ships, if not all three... damn it. I also need to change my sig. The stats are great, But I really wish they ALL had intel as the secondary spec. Command and Pilot without the innate mechanics are kind of lackluster. Not gonna stop me from getting them of course.
Yes, the innate mechanics are nice...but I'd direct you to concentrate firepower/suppression barrage/rally point/overwhelm emitters from Command, and hold together/pilot team/attack pattern lambda from pilot. Granted, most of those are niche pve (torp play/tanking) or pvp, but they're great at what they do.

Escort vs Battlecruiser. Simple. Warbird gets singularity powers, better cloak, better speed and turn...sacrifices a weapon, and some durability.

They're not shafting the warbird, though. The warbird is a tactical warbird, the RRW counterpart to a Fed or KDF escort/raptor. Since the warbird is an escort type ship, it shouldn't get 4 device slots or the same number of weapons. It follows the same basic guidelines of different ship types that every other ship generally follows.

Y'know I know that it's actually a 26th,( 29th, or 31st) century replica of a 23rd century ship...but seriously, it sings seeing it just be flat out better than a Tier 5 standard and some Tier 6 25th century ships. I'm not even talking about costs and stuff, it's just the principle of the thing. There's principalities involved.
I stopped believing in the fairy tale that CBS doesn't allow an endgame Constitution when the reply to "At least give us a T5 Excalibur/Vesper/Exeter!" was "CBS doesn't allow an endgame Constitution." Yes, Cryptic has been lying the whole time. Unfortunately they lied so long that my Federation Klingon was forced to get a Defiant-like ship with a battle cloak. So yeah, unless you offer a Constitution-class with the Romulan battle cloak from "The Enterprise Incident" I'm not interested. Too little, too late." I'm sure you'll still find plenty of people who will pay for it, but I'm not one of them.
I think the point is...things change. The fact of the matter is the showed up for the fiftieth anniversary. I don't think it was a lie, I think it was, Now is the time.
