STO Launcher/Patching Broken

Tried to update the game yesterday, but the download speed was so slow it was unbelievable. It took about 4 hours to get to 41%, and then it froze, and then reset. It would proceed to reset back to 0% downloaded 3 times over before I gave up. I tested my download speed online and it's going at 2.9-4MB/sec. My connection should not be downloading so slowly.

I tried again today, and the patching won't even start, and instead it's greyed out.

What's happened at Cryptic?

EDIT - Nevermind, I've fixed the problem. Please delete the thread.

    Hi I am also having this issue it also says missing hogg file. Be unable to play since todays update yesterday was fine. Not just STO but Neverwinter as well
