Another Thread About Disconnect Issues - Can't Trust Enough To Risk Playing Any PVE, STF, etc

I have spent two days with tech support help from ISP chasing down bad servers and found none. Their system checks out completely. I know that this comes as a shock but it's true.

I spent two days working with Centurylink tech support out of Utah trying to find the issue. They checked specific IP locations for bad servers, connection issues, and other related issues all based off of information I gathered working with Cryptic trying to resolve the disconnection issue, and they found NO ISSUE, NOT ONE, with their network. They did however, find several connection issues with the Cryptic servers. The term throttling was used.

The disconnection issue has become so rampant that as a player I cannot trust playing the game. I have been disconnected without warning from the game so many times now in the last two weeks that it has made playing the game very unenjoyable. As an LTS, I have a vested interest in the game and play is often. I enjoy the game but it is no fun when I as a player cannot risk joining any queues or take on any complicated missions because the likelihood of a disconnection is 80% or better. I am tired of working through a PVE just to be kicked at the end and lose my marks. Or mining dilithium only to be disconnected after turning in a Rich Mining Ticket. (Kiss that token and 5k dilithum good by each time it happens.)

I know this is bitching and complaining but seriously, we have every right to complain about this issue and ask that you kindly address it. The problem has steadily gotten worse over the last month and many players are experiencing the issue. So the trolls can suck it, this is a legitimate issue that needs addressing. Now more so than later given that Consoles are coming into the mix.

+1 to this yesterday while playing was horrid..I was doing the "Operation Gamma" mission on my temporal alt, which by far is the worst mission in the entier game and I got DC'd like every3-4 minutes and kept getting booted to the start of the area after exiting the wormhole..All the DC's were like silent sniper shots..Then the lagging that followed was just incredible that I was ready to throw my keyboard and mouse out the window outta sheer frustration!! I want to invest in this game because I am a trek nut but this is keeping me away from even micro transaction in the stores!!!!

Cryptic please disable throttling and also get rid of on-demand patching..
