Launcher crashing

After the most recent update my launcher is crashing before I can even log in. I have verified all my files and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still not able to log in. Has anyone else had this issue since 11.5 started?

    I've had this issue, but only twice. I've been dealing with another bug as of recent.

    My game is crashing at the end of the Cryptic loading screen, Right before the character select scroll up is supposed to happen.
    Keep getting this error
    Direct3D driver returned error code (D3DERR_INVALIDCALL) While resetting the device.
    Game was working smooth as butter yesterday.

    Any chance of a fix anytime soon? Or at least acknowledging the problem? Anything Cryptic/STO? Yeah...same old same old....
