server connection problems for the netherlands

Hi guys,
since sunday/monday i have been unable to play the game, even via a proxy it isnt even really working and freezes up for a while.
my ISP says just get a faster internet, so i have, only 10 days to wait, but i dont even really know that that is the problem, before sunday i had no problems, so what is going on and causing these server DQ problems??
If anyone has a idea or knows what is causing it, or had it and fixed it, please let me know.
