Unable to Transfer Player Container

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
When I try to transfer to a map that has a mission on it I get an error come up saying Couldn't Transfer Player Container, this seems to be happening since the latest patch and is affecting all of my characters.

I have also created a ticket Ref No 160523-000087
