the kodanarmada..I agree it would be nice to know whats bugged and fixed or will be fixed in time..WE are happy that ops center is here watching in cloaked mode but once a week or once every two weeks we would like a review of whats fixed..For example the most pressing issue is the rubberbanding, lags and snr's..Also I started a couple of polls to get a sense of what issues players are facing in the hope that the devs look at it and can fix it..Most of us are happy you guys are here in cloaked mode but we would like a sign now and then that you guys are out there..I worked for codemasters and we use to do the same thing..

    Hey Guys,

    So to address this:

How about a public-facing read-only bugzilla report (or whatever actual ticketing system exists)?

Currently, it's not something that I believe is available. In order to compile, log, track, and update a thread or subforum like that....you would quite literally have to have someone from the Dev team or Community team working full time on that initiative. With the launch of "Agents of Yesterday" and the port to console impending, it's exceptionally unlikely that resources could be diverted to such an endeavour, but I'll submit the request to the Mighty Trendy and see what comes back.

I'll raise it with the rest of the Bug-Hunters, but bear in mind, we're volunteers and we don't always have the time to post here that we've picked up on your issue and progressed it to the next stage.

The development team is all too aware of server performance issues, but this problem is not as straightforward as most people seem to think it is. But, don't despair. The ever-epic @borticuscryptic has posted on this not a few days ago here. Have a read and if you have any questions or unanswered concerns drop a comment on that thread so it can be picked up by the right folks.

    Hope that helps

Half the game missions wont work right now. Is this a known problem? Straight to desktop crashes, not minor bugs. Look at the forum activity the last few hours. Why is this troll thread being addressed?

My guess is because all the devs are at home, since it's the weekend. If I had to guess, this is the kind of bug that the devs will fix before Thursday (and Thursday at the latest). If they just let this bug persist, It would crash their sales and metrics for AoY as hard as we're being crashed to desktop.

I know that both myself and @sqwished are working through as many of these bug reports as we can to replicate and log the reports through the operational support team.

Please continue to submit your issues in the Gameplay Bug Reports sub-forum or on the thread for the relevant mission if it's already been created. Please include as much information on the issue you're encountering as possible.

Here's a pro-forma template I would ask you to fill out

    Character Faction
    Character Career
    Where did the CTD occur?:
What were you doing before the CTD occurred?:
Did you get an error message before/after the CTD?:
Did the Cryptic Crash handler come up and did you submit a ticket? What is the ticket number?

    Thanks

[But thank you for reading the ones you do. Now can you tell us if any of the bugs reported in this forum actually get worked on?

If I may answer this one Spartan,

    http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline#/discussion/1214732/expose-missing : Confirmed and submitted

    http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline#/discussion/1215104/polarize-hull-and-apo : Confirmed and Submitted.

    http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline#/discussion/1215006/duplicate-items-at-kernim-research-lab-consoles-npc : Confirmed and submitted.

http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline#/discussion/1214736/r-d-bugged-after-todays-patch : Confirmed, Submitted and subsequently fixed.

These have been taken from the first two pages of the bug report forum. But there is no instant "Fix it" button. It can take any where from a few minutes to alter a value in a database or several days altering code. There are a bunch of other bug hunters that are trying to get these issue's sorted out. Because we understand how frustrating these bugs can be. But what doesn't help is when someone comes along as simply says "X is broken please fix" but they provide us with little in the way of details to help us recreate and confirm the issue.

Thank you DEV's. I do humbly apologize for having had my doubts. Thank you. And thank you for everything else you do with the game and community. It is sincerely appreciated by the massive silent majority of players. Thank you.
