Servers keep going down.......

What is going on with the servers in the U.S. Midwest ?!?!?!
They keep going down and dropping players for hours at a time !!!
I thought that this issue was worked out weeks ago with the drastically long hours of maintenance that we endured over multiple days !!!!!!!
