"Server not responding", bad lag, rubberbanding - anyone else get this way too much?

Is this going to be the new norm with STO? The game seems more interesting with the new skill tree overhaul, but playing it is a totally different topic. I.e., I can't really play it with all this lag. I keep snapping back to where I just was, etc. It happens a lot now, hopefully it's just because of patch day, but honestly, this has happened way more than it should in the past up to now. Anyone else getting this? Is it just not enough resources with the server/service? ? ?

Sure am. Since friday night several dcs. Can't do anything serious that I'm booted from the game. Is not internet related because I tested other online games and all run as if I was playing on server computer. Bellow goes my tracert.

I'm getting the lag/rubber banding, Game Server Not responding, and dropped by the log in server. Oh and lets not forget the daily corrupted pig file that I have to go track down, then delete, and then sit through an hour or more downloading to fix. I have tried all the various fixes for the corrupt files, move the game from a HDD to a SSD and so on, and nothing works.

The fix: Go to Game Menu>Options>Advanced(Tab) - Turn on "Framerate stabilizer" and "Auto-stabilize framerate" then click apply and it should work.

My hardware isn't the issue, I think it was something to do with the coding of the game that wasn't working properly because my cpu and gpu is very powerful (gaming rig).

I've tried this before, no change. Neither of these suggestions have any impact on rubberbanding and 'server not responding'. This looks like a Cryptic end problem (that includes their network provider).

All I know is that I can't login for the most part during peak hours. Sometimes I even can get in, but I get booted after a little while. Late at night, however, It works normaly.
