False patching New Season 11.5

That's not false patching, that's pre-patching. it will appear like that as you're doing a pre-patch. it appears as though you're downloading alot faster than you normally should. sometimes the numbers on the launcher will be weird as you're doing the patch. this is meant to get prepared for the new season obviously. i wouldn't worry too much about it unless you're seeing something else and my brain just isn't comprehending.
