Patching entire game again

Hi, I am avid player of STO. As of 3/20/16 to 4/1/16, the game needs to completely re-download itself on to my computer. I check back every other day to see if I can log back in and continue playing the game. I still haven't been able to play STO. I missed the Into the Breach event and now I am missing First Contact Day with the Borg Warfare Specialist Duty Officer and possibly the rest of the giveaway. My PC is Win 10 and I am using Steam. Please fix it so I can continue playing the game. Thank you. :#

    Whilst Cryptic's patching is very worthy, the frequency is a real pain. We have just had to download 500MB when there is a new version of the game in 10 days. That will, no doubt, be enormous.
