Account and Log In Servers Not Responding

The log in server is not responding, nor is the account server. If I am able to get a launch window to open, and that is rare now, it loads the game but then promptly tells me that it cannot connect to the account server. "account server not responding" or "Log In server Timed Out."

Most to the time it is hung on a black window just after hitting load on the Arc Launcher that reads ..please wait ... loading... and it does thing.
What happened to those unique forum ranks I paid for?

    I'm having exact same issues right now. Can't play for an hour at least.
    UPD: funny. looks like its working again.

    Having the same issues in the mid-west.........
    Cannot even access ARC either.........

    Same here. I get the launcher going, and it says 'Logging in, please wait" and I've been waiting for a half hour already.

    login server not responding for the last 3 days.

    Same for me 4 days now and I can't even get the launcher to load anymore
    Update: after 10 tries I got the launcher to load in safe mode and did the time and Tide mission. With each Background File Patch on map transfers my connection issue became less and less frequent and is completely gone after finishing the mission. I disconnected 5 times during the mission and the SNRs became less frequent after each map. Hope this works for you guys if you can get as far as I did.

    Now that I've gotten in everyone is saying to turn on demand patching (in launcher options) to off to download every patch available. See if this clears it up for you guys it has for me.
