Freezing EVERY map transfer

Is anyone else having this happen? I can go about 30 minutes at the most before the game stops responding during a map transfer, but lately, the longer I play (regardless of restarts), the game starts freezing more and more, getting to the point where it's freezing EVERY map transfer. Every one.
What the hell is going on? First the game is unplayable for a good chunk of AMD people, then it's crashing, now it's constantly freezing. All of which make the game unplayable during events. There has been no official word on any of this, that I know of, so what's going on?
