Error 14

Ever since the update yesterday I have been trying to log into the game. I was able to download all but the last 364 MB of the update,
but keep getting Error 14: Connection with the server was lost... about every 1-3 minutes. I have tried for hours last night and today (with both wi-fi and hardwire connections) to get the last bit downloaded with the same results. I ran everything recommended and here are the results:

Obviously, the nettest results are way off the mark, but everything else looks good, except for the one packet loss. Is there something I need to do from my end?
