Game launcher, ARC launcher not connecting/updating, yet can connect using IE just fine go figure!

So, both the software related launchers are experiencing connection issues with Cryptic, but connecting with this site via an IE works 100% *Rolls Eyes*

my patch update not working for some weird reason... it just says connection to server interrupted then restarts and nothing
