Server under attack?

Just so that someone is made aware - the message on the launcher says the website is experiencing difficulty but I just froze on character selection screen and launcher is very slow on loading. Also just had a can not connect to account server error.

No need for any discussion - just letting those that need to know that we are experiencing some difficulty with game too.
