Lagging, Rubberbanding, and disconnections

I have been experiencing serious lag for a little over a week now serious rubberbanding and being kicked from the game. This is highly unusual for me as over my three and a half years here, I have only very rarely had any connection issues.

This morning I was able to log in for about twenty minutes, then I was kicked off and couldn't get back in. I received this message a couple of times trying to get past the character select screen.

I use Comcast and I'm in central Virginia. Here's my tests.
