Stuck at patch screen after game freeze

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
I was playing, game froze in open space, not screen transition. I had to use task manager to exit. Tried reloading, launcher freezes at patch screen, tried force verify, no luck. Tried other internet connections, no problems found.
There is a green light on the server launch screen, any suggestions?
