Bound lockbox keys

Okay, after having problems to buy zen over steam which was fixed yesterday, i encountered a second problem.
Everything which i buy will be bound to my account and while it says it's temporary only, the key sale is over in less than 2 days.
After being unable to contact a gm for hours, i was finally able to write a ticket 7 hours ago, but no answer yet.
Can anyone tell me how long the probation time lasts, so i can decide if i should ever spend money on this game again?

    15-30 days and that steam buyers have problem with their zen purchases is a well known fact

    Thanks for your help, but that was the first thing which i did and still everything bound if i buy something.
    Also tried to deinstall and reinstall sto over arc. Nothing.
    Sigh...sale over in 1 day...

    Odd, I have never seen it last nearly that long. So all did was buy Zen right? Did you buy an actual item?

    If you bought an actual item during the 'probation' it's bound forever unfortunately. If you just bought Zen, then that Zen should be unrestricted by now. Sadly, I believe your only recourse will be to make a ticket for Customer Service.

    Didn't bought any keys yet, because there is a warning about that probation ( just without timer... )
    Also still going on and costumer service still didn't answered.
    The fact that they can't even maintain their sale until the supposed end says a lot too.... ( sale ended 1.5 days early and they just fixed it today )

    Well keysale is over, account still under probation, no answer from gm.
    First and last time i spend money on this game.

    Wow, that sucks.. sorry to hear that man.

    They really need to re-evaluate this 'probation system,' you're not the first person it's discouraged from spending, and probably won't be the last either.
