Agony Rifle discarded - not in recyclebin?

Uhh... lag (AKA "server not responding") just made me discard a mk XIV agony rifle from the recent mirror event... it wasn't in the "retrieve" tab of the replicator... err... is it intentional?

    I know, but I have to upgrade it again (it was UR)... :/ it looks like a big oversight if it gets simply deleted...

    Some of the special equipment does not seem to go to the Recycle Bin.

    I think it's the same with other things that have 0 EC value. The special anti-borg grenades that you can pick up in ground missions never enter the recycle bin either.
