my internet connection is fine may I add but still can not connect at present message replies "Timed Out check my network connection and try again" But I think they should reduce to cost of 10.00gbp to 5.00gbp a month if they have these problems

Same issue here, arc launches fine now, but the launcher won't load. I can get to the log in screen by going into the files and using the game client.exe file but then I get the same problem and messages jowolf18 posted.
cant log in 9 times out of 10 , and if i do get "server not responding" and get kicked from game , then cant log back on , or when i do it cant pick out any of my toons , or says timed out just 3 seconds after logging back on , this mess didn't start until shard maint done on 11/19,2015 , after that game has went down hill, and cant send in a ticket as that is also messed up constantly waiting on support to answer
