Honestly I would have liked to have donated for the 10$ pack but don't get paid till Friday. Am I disrespected, bullied, or otherwise harmed by not being able to? No. However I am disappointed. Will I die? No. I'll just keep using the Mirror assault cruiser I bought in the exchange (don't know why but I like the ship even if it isn't top DPS.)

    You... I like you.

@aesica, I have no problem with people disagreeing with the business decision here. What I don't agree with is equating Cryptic in this instance with bullies. I've experienced what bullying is in my life and I feel that such a comparison is unwarranted and cheapens the experiences of those who have gone through the real thing. (Not to suggest that anyone who disagrees with the business decision has no idea what bullying feels like. I only mean that calling Cryptic bullies over this can give that impression--perhaps quite unwittingly, but that is how it can be perceived.)

I don't think Cryptic is bullying anyone, and I think that is a ridiculously absurd accusation. So on that point, we are in complete agreement. That said, 2 different people can experience the same situation("bullying") but have 2 completely different experiences. My point? Just because you experienced bullying has absolutely nothing to do with the validity of someone else's comparison, because you have absolutely no idea what their experience was.

Sure, it does take many forms. But I don't think under any sensible definition, a company's faceless business decision, made for better or for worse without any personal animus, could possibly be bullying. Sure, it can be an ill-conceived or even offputting decision, but not bullying. About different experiences, that's why I went out of my way to specify that others could definitely have experienced it as well, but choosing to frame their complaints that way could make it look like they had not (in effect damaging their own cause as well as that of others).

How do I redeem the codes?

one of two ways if you don't have or don't want arc you can click on any of the ships on the page where they show and there will be a link that will redirect you to a redeem page enter the code there or install Arc and start it then on the Arc Icon (with the lil down arrow) click there and go to redeem a code. hope this helps.
    Thanks for the info.

I clicked on the links from the groupees page. Unfortunately it did not redirect me to a page with a redeem function. It sent me here At least I don't see a redeem function. I have the Arc Mac Client (if that's what it is called) but I don't know where to redeem on that either. It doesn't have an Arc logo with a down arrow.
