Arc error

I was updating arc on my laptop with windows 7 when arc encountered an error I tried again as requested and now the shortcut wont load arc at all

    I am having the same problem. On Windows 10 and ARC will not even start now.

    i tried logging in to game i cant log into game anymore i reset my pass word 3 times still cant log into game i tried to submit ticket to support center i had problem with that as well my email is correct i had no issues logging in to game til today to days date when problem occurred nov 1 2015 about 4- 530pm when problem occurred eastern time

    What worked for me is go to C drive. Find your ARC folder. Open this there is an executable icon for "Repair ARC" double click. Wait for it to complete and then enter the game.

    It worked for me. I hope it helps you get back playing too.

    Installed Arc, and it just wont run, i tried repair, reinstall, run as administrator and nothing.
