Massive Lag, possible solution

After new dawn arrived i could play pretty stable at launch until the very next patch. After that the game became very laggy at any point, during stf or at esd etc. Soon i realized through my task manager that arc was acting weirdly, consuming a lot of memory at one point then dropping to low consumption then back to high. I launched STO with crpytic launcher and the lagg problem was gone implying to me that arc had to do something with my issues. If someone has same problem with lag try running the game only through cryptic launcher and see if it works for you.

    Ever since the launch of the new season I also experience unplayable lag in space combat (e.g. Tholians Daily) with frozen screens for 15-30 seconds.
    I have a Sapphire Radeon R390 Nitro 4GB - should easily be up to the task, it was runing real smooth until the new season patch.
    See that code snippet. BTW: no Idea what c:\src\libs etc. is meant to be. I installed STO on E: I think the code is from the space combat in Sol System during "Midnight"
