game client problem

ok, so I just updated after the maintenance yesterday and now I can't play. i get to the login just fine, I let it do its thing until I can press engage. now this where i start to have problems. i click engage, the blue bar says waiting for account server then the login window closes and normally this is where the game starts. nothing happens and im looking at my desktop. i open up task manager and see the gameclient is running but no window is showing up. I force verify, start in safe mode, i disabled on demand patching. I'm stuck, help.

    I am having the same issue since windows 10 tho I cant not log it at it updated not sure if it from windows 10 or other issue any help would be great have not been able to play in a month

    There operating system is pretty much ancient now since windows 10 came out. I even seen in a discussion from someone from arc or perfect world and they said that they dont even know if they can update their system too meet windows 10 standards

    you can manually run the game client once it's patched, but it times out on connecting to account server from login from the game client

    Getting a similar issue since patch
    the gameclient starts up minimised, it will not under any circumstances change from that.
    if i right click it and select gameclient exe i get an error about missing files, but the program doesn't close, it has to be force quit via the program manager.

    I don't know what they broke this time but they should bloody well stop it.

    Having the same issue. Sent in a ticket. Still no response. No response here either. I don't think Arc or Perfectworld actually looks at the forums. You should put in a ticket also.

    Uninstalled, reinstalled, apparently something is still missing if i right click on the gameclient exe on the taskbar and select gameclient exe.
    just stays minimised, cba with it , uninstalled for good , i wish everyone else who has issues a lot of luck.

    good thing I still play eve tbh, gonna grab a few catalysts and take my frustrations out on some people who really don'y need to keep their ships.
