Shocking bad patch speeds

There must be another place to download the patch or the full client fully patched
This is beyond a joke I have 50MB per sec fiber broadband and im barely getting 1MB per sec downloading this patch
I downloaded it the first time and it said unable to login shard has changed so I reset the client and and it had gone! I couldent beleave it after like 4 hours its gone...
Now its downloading again
I have tried with and without a proxy both EU and US. the speed is exactly the same
Steam is just as bad
Someone please tell me there is somewhere else I can get this patch, the money that must be poring in to this game and they cant provide a decent bandwidth its just pure greed...
