Looks like it hangs at 198.49.243.253 which seems like it would be an internal address on your servers. I could be wrong of course.
After an hour of trying to run a level 3 new toon through Diplomatic relations, I gave up. See a cut scene, disconnect. Walk three or four steps, DC, shoot a bad guy once, DC, beam to a new area, DC... Etc. etc.
I think something must have happened with your maintenance today, as I haven't had this problem in years. Thanks for your time Cryptic.
