lost my info for old cyrptic account when icqmail died

I stopped playing before the romulans came out and a had linked the cryptic account to pwi back then 2013 i think.
also need steps on for to change email here also. the cryptic account was linked to my old icq email also.
Can anyone help? Alot of stuff changed in 2 yrs lol.

icqmail got renamed to Mail.ru its http://e.mail.ru/ . now only need to try to link cryptic to pwi agian. and change email when all said and done, oh anyone know how to take auto log in off when i start it though arc? to try and link cryptic account?

    if you create a new account using a new mail, you can submitted a request to transfer the old cryptic account to the new one, it takes some time but once they got someone working on your request, it will be very quick given that you try to provide them with as much information as you can like old account name, email associated with that account, CD-key to that account, etc. In your case 2 yrs doesn't seem that long, i transferred my old account to new one about 8 months ago and i was away from the game for 5 years, lol.
