All of them, but mostly Federation because of the most content coming with them. Will play Cardassian/Dominion faction too if we get them in future.

Fed Alien Tac, for PVE
Fed Vulcan Sci, for PvP

Then I have 3 "doffing alts" that I've brought up to 60 and equipped with freebie reward gear.
Fed Rom - Tali Zorah who always wears an EV suit :P
Fed Engi - Leordi Gaforge my Laforge meme
Delta Fed Lib Borg (because I always wanted to play as a Lib Borg)

the others I have (and intend on leveling up one day) are;
Melee Klingon KDF level 10 - Delta Recruit
Reman KDF level 10 - Delta Recruit
Gorn KDF level 10 - Delta Recruit (Cause I always wanted an awesome Gorn, who doesn't, right ?)

One day Ill get to these... hopefully. Suppose I could doff them, but I'm already fed up with doffing as it is.
cycling 5 toons is about all I can take atm.

Primarily Fed but a good amount on the other factions too.
I don't generally enjoy the KDF aesthetic or the strawman Klingon honor nonsense, but my KDF Orion is the closest thing the game has to a space freebooter which is a concept I always like.

I used to play multiple factions, but now I'm down to just 1 Fed tactical captain. Feds have the most ship options, and it's far easier to gear up 1 character to epic levels as opposed to gearing multiple toons.
