The more i think about it, the more i really want to see the warship voyager with a third nacelle.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

How's about a nice light blue Federation Dreadnought? That would be a nice one to have.

I'd ship color options where you can change the entire ships colors and more skin options.

Honestly i would rather have options like new parts, patterns, colors, even materials for existing ship designs being c-store package buys you could get, like a Dreadnaught package that added new parts to use on your dreadnaughts that are not used on any existing ones.

Ship usually come with new part, but with that said, a few times they did what you are asking for. It has been years since they just did a parts package, but would be nice if they created some for existing ships and even for newer ships that come out. This might be a good way for the company to bring in money.

You know, I once thought the Gal-X was a good ship for PvE.

That was back when DHCs ruled, when equipping them on a Fed cruiser was a new prospect and when the spinal lance dealt huge spike damage for it's time.

DHC's aren't that great anymore, the federation have a number of ships that can equip them and the spinal lance is pathetic compared to a BO3 from a dual beam bank.

It still is a good ship for PVE either with a beam array build or a old fashioned DHC/turret build.

I would not mind seeing a dreadnaught version of the Advanced research vessal/starship (being one of the two sci ships i love the look of, the other being the Deep space vessal.). With how large it already is it could fit into that style of ship, also allowing it to be a dreadnaught varient could be interesting with what kind of things they would implement into the ship for such a class change (becoming a sci-based Dreadnaught.).

That would be a cool dreadnought

Just trying to think what would you put on a dreadnaught class advanced researc sci-ship. Could go with dual phaser lances, but that to me would be better used on a advanced Gal-X than on a science-dreadnaught like a advanced research science vessal.

I agree though the issue would be how much would they have to put it for on the C-store to make it worthwhile, as i would have no issue buying a 60 dollar part-pack for several ship classes (like carriers, cruisers, dreads) than just dumping money on a new T-6 ship that might not use really. Coudl see it being marketed in a single pack for singular ship-classes an then one for multi-ship classes as well for a higher price.

I fail to understand why the spinal lance is still this inaccurate. There are several intel ships with plasma lances which are accurate yet the federation with probably the most developed sensor technology cannot accurately aim a weapon.

Well, there still is a Dreadnought pack in the works, isn't there? Maybe this will give the team another shot at fixing the lance? (pun not intended.)

I'd like to see the Typhoon released as a T6 Dreadnaught. I'd settle for a 3-nacelle Sovereign type.

Hope so - if they copy-paste the current lance across to the T6 Galaxy-X (as they did with the T5 Fleet Gal-X) I, for one, won't bother spending any money on it.

As long as you buy the Klingon and Romulan ones so that the sales numbers for Klingon and Romulan ships look better and it looks more attractive to Cryptic to put out more for them... ;)

Well in the case of the Typhoon, I think the Command Cruisers are a good replacement. They share a similar design, which made the transition easier. The Jupiter however... I just don't get that ship.

Me either...it's like the epitome of the definition of space whale...nothing but a space whale with 4 nacelles instead of fins.

The Typhoon I can understand...it isn't a completely terrible Frankenstein kitbash...but the Jupiter is just a fugly hulk.

Stuff like that I can't imagine them making a lot of money off...so they wont sell them...like bridges.

I am not completely sure on that, atleast comparing it to the bridges as really the bridges are more of a vanity part that you can invite people to see, while the parts you can use to customize your ships would be more of a vanity to look or be unique for all to see. Since you have to invite people to see your vanity bridge it is less visable an less desirable, than parts that are seen in everything outside of ground-content, and so would be more desirable from that stand-point for those seeking to customize thier ship for all to see. Also I think adding options for new character race options in the store could be good for the same reason as people love to look different and unique atleast in thier mind. It is more of how to make the product/pack both affordable for people to want to buy it without feeling it is a ripof, and being profittable that is more the issue, though might be easier than trying to make bridges affordable an profitable.

    Still the Typhoon or Jupiter.

Oh, and the Balaur, Ravager, Warbarge, and the Drek'Hi for the Klingons. Maybe the Huntmaster for the Romulans.

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.

Kinda wish we could use the Monarch parts on the Galaxy X dread as i love the diagonally angled plon design and the saucer on that set of part, even the nacelles look quite nice an honestly the entire design had a dreadnaught-like look to it.

I was thinking i would not mind seeing in for each faction either a dreadnaught that uses tech/desighns from one fo the main enemies of the sto setting. Such as a Adapted Dreadnaught design in the same vain as the Tal-shiar Adapted ships, could even go with maybe a Undine infected ship might work like a bio-mechanical virus that infected an is slowly turning the ship into a bio-based ship yet not fully done so yet. Though this might be more of a lockbox type idea. I still love the Undine dreadnaught an Vila ship design (not sure why we did not get this with the undine lockbox as the one we got almost looked identical to the lobi one.).

I was also thinking what about adopting/mixing ship designs from several other ship an merge them to create a somewhat new/origanal/unique design that could work as a new dread using existing assesets.

Interesting idea. I would prefer it to be a Zen Store or event reward ship.

Yeah i can agree there though if it were a event ship i would hope it would be part of a episode arc kind of event, like if we had a romulan arc come up with signs of Tal'shiar still active an pursuing their plan to impliment borg-adapted ships an having used the confusion of the Iconian war to hide thier activity, and doing the episodes of the arc along with maybe a stf that gives you mats to use in a project to either find or create a finished adapted ship-class. Could even show-case that the Tal'shiar doing this messed up an many were starting to be assimulated bring back the borg in more of a stealth like invasion thru this kind of idea.

It would be nice to see the Galaxy X finally get repaired, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they somehow manage to skip by it yet again.

    Galaxy-X is the next one.

Yeah, that'd be the easiest one to do. Cryptic likes easy.
Personally, I'd like a T6 Oddy. Doesn't have to be a 'dread' just T6 version.
A T6 Sovvy Dread could be interesting... more interesting than the Gal-X will be.
