Patch Freezing

Anyone else keep getting a frozen patch with less than 10% to go and it simply stops, ive reloaded the game, ive restarted my pc, ive rebooted my internet and it still wont patch???
Support is useless for help or an answer. Can anyone help with this and constant unplayable lagg and disconnections everytime i change maps?
my pc is fine does anything else fine , plays other high graphic game with more requirement than this game perfectly fine, and nothing wrong with my net, but my game has turned to TRIBBLE and now i cant even get on...

    It just says patching but no indication of how far its going. i left it for hours. nothing.

    I also had this problem, but was able to fix it by opening the launcher, going to options and changing my patch proxy to US, from none.
