    I love using torp boats especially against the CE. But I think my gateway now shows one of my best ever tank builds XD

    There are more people running torp boats now than ever before. It's seem to have caught on as the latest thing to do.

    I knew using Kinetics would be playing the game on hard mode, but what I didn't realize was how bad the deck is stacked against Kinetics.

    Depends on your builds a lot. If you have Spread 3 and are a tac, or have the reprocity trait or both then APB1 or Kemo 2. If your not a tac or don't have reprocity or both then you may want a back up pattern but if your running HY you may want to run HY 1 over HY 2.

    there is a boff that says firing will regen hull when APB is up, but i don't know if it applied to torps

    Hy is something I use as a filler but I don't need apb. Especially when it comes to that healing thingy. I use energy refrequencer

    You see this a lot... A LOT. To some degree, I get it, but it doesn't mean mostly/completely ignore other weapon types. Aside from Hot Pursuit, what else do mines get?

    The junky stuffs. Things like chance to spawn a Tethered Quantum mine when using a dispersal pattern. lol

    It would be nice to see some good torp doffs. Things like;
    - Increase the MES value of all deployed mines
    - Increase mine activation time
    - Mine Teleportation triggers (have mines teleport to a target they have locked on to)

    It would also be nice to have the Projectile mine doffs changed. They should not have a chance to reduce, but just reduce cool down on mines by a specific time. As it is because they are projectile no one will ever run them if they are running mines they have torps and the standard doffs are 25x better. If it where up to me I would also move them to a different catagory. (like perhaps the explosive engineer that would be logical)

    there are energy weapon doffs that give shield 30% pen how about a torp doff that gives that? 70% shield pen with thransphasics would be sweet
