STO not sending me my PIN code

I got a new PC and am trying to log into STO. I have the correct email on my ARC account and I got the code to log into ARC - that's working fine. When I try to log into STO the launcher asks me for a PIN code. I am not getting the PIN code, and I don't see an option to re-send the code. What do I have to do to log in?
