SNR+rubberbanding+lag = unplayable game

This started at noon and its already evening.
Very high amounts of disconnects, rubberbanding and SNR. This happens everywhere: missions maps, CCA, sector space.
I had to restart missions multiple times because of this.
Attached is a pingplotter trace of the network activity in the last 30 minutes or so, there seems to be nothing wrong with the connection as i can play other games just fine, i can stream videos just fine. Only STO has a problem.
So please, fix the servers already, as you claim to have done so many times before...... again!
