STO launcher links to unsecured Arc webpage

Clicked on two different links currently in the STO launcher's news section (Star Trek Online: Resolute Heavy Cruiser Stats & Star Trek Online: Year Of Hell Stats) and noticed the webpage that was opened was unsecured with a warning icon. A part of the explanation is "Your connection to www.arcgames.com is encrypted with obsolete cryptography. However, this page includes other resources that are not secure." This happens regardless of whether or not I'm logged in to Arc. Not sure if this is an Arc problem or not, as not every Arc page shows the warning (but doesn't show secured either...'course, I'm not trying to buy Zen or anything at the moment). This is a recent development that caught my attention.
